Generally counselling sessions are one hour in duration. If you require longer or shorter appointments, these can be negotiated.
As we all live busy lives, sometimes a session via video from your workplace or home is more convenient. Please discuss your needs with me at the time of making your appointment.

Appointment times are available between the hours of 8.30am to 5.30pm Mon- Fri, and Saturday morning appointments are also available upon request.
